Tahira Khalid is a Lecturer and Scientific Officer at The Green Institute of Chemical, Biomedical, and Environmental Sciences (GICBES). She holds an M.Phil. degree in Organic Chemistry, where her research emphasized organic synthesis, structural elucidation, and the development of novel functional materials. With a strong foundation in metallo-organic, green, and nanochemistry, she is dedicated to exploring innovative solutions for challenges in modern chemistry and materials science.
Her academic and research journey has equipped her with extensive skills in designing and synthesizing organic molecules, applying spectroscopic and analytical techniques for characterization, and investigating their potential applications in sustainable chemistry, catalysis, and nanomaterials. At GICBES, she contributes to both teaching and applied research, fostering interdisciplinary collaborations to advance eco-friendly and functional chemical sciences.
