Neelam Latif is a Scientific Officer at the GICBES and a PhD scholar in Organic Chemistry at the Women University Multan (WUM), Pakistan. She earned her MPhil in Organic Chemistry in 2023 from WUM, where her research focused on the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds through green chemistry approaches and their biological evaluation. Building on this foundation, she commenced her doctoral studies in 2024, with research centered on natural product–based drug delivery systems and the application of computer-aided drug design (CADD) for the discovery of novel therapeutic agents.
She possesses extensive expertise in both experimental and computational domains, with strong command of organic synthesis, biological evaluation, and molecular modeling. Her proficiency includes advanced laboratory techniques, handling of experimental setups, and application of computational tools for drug design. In addition, she is skilled in scientific communication, designing graphical abstracts, academic illustrations, and professional presentations using tools such as Canva, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
