Dr. Fahim Ahmed is a Consultant Research Member at GICBES, specializing in thermoelectric materials, magnetism, renewable energy, and First-Principle Calculations (DFT). He earned his PhD from the University of Tsukuba, Japan, and served as a NIMS Junior Researcher at the National Institute of Materials Science (NIMS), Japan. Previously, he worked as Assistant Professor at the University of Education, Lahore, and Head of the Department of Physics at the University of Lahore, Sargodha Campus.
Dr. Ahmed has published in leading journals including Journal of Materials Chemistry A, Journal of Energy Storage, and Journal of Materiomics. He also holds a patent, highlighting his impactful contributions to materials science and renewable energy.
