Dr. Samina Aslam is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at The Women University Multan, Pakistan. She has served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Chemistry, Oxford University, United Kingdom, and at the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, Nagasaki University, Japan. She earned her PhD in Organic Chemistry from The Islamia University Bahawalpur, where she also completed her MPhil and MSc in Chemistry. She is currently serving as a Collaborative Research Group Leader at the Green Institute for Chemical, Biomedical and Environmental Sciences (GICBES), where she leads multidisciplinary projects. In this capacity, she mentors early-career researchers, and develops innovative strategies to bridge fundamental research with applied biomedical and environmental solutions. Her leadership at GICBES reflects her commitment to advancing translational science by fostering teamwork, resource-sharing, and cutting-edge methodologies for sustainable and impactful discoveries.
